Mr. Warf started in policy reform as a teenager. Jason joined the Southern Colorado Cannabis Council in January of 2010. He has served as Media Director, Political Director, and now as the Executive Director.. In 2010, Mr. Warf joined the ranks of the Southern Colorado Cannabis Council and he was elected to Executive Director in early 2011. Jason has helped draft hundreds of pieces of legislation since 2010. Jason continues to work to enact responsible regulation in drug policy reform.
Randy Lanier was formerly well known as a race car driver with Ferrari and Porsche, winning the 1984 International Motorsports Grand Touring Phototype Championship as a privateer team. He also holds the title of the 1986 Indianapolis 500 Rookie of the year. Randy’s success in motorsports was overshadowed in 1987 when he was convicted and sentenced to life in prison as the principal administrator of an organization, that imported marijuana.
Randy served three decades in maximum security prisons. While serving time, he became a yoga instructor, mentor, and a suicide companion. Since his release in 2014 Randy has been working as a behavioral health technician within the substance treatment industry, teaching meditation, yoga, and tai chi to many Afghanistan Veterans. He also has a podcast called “Randy Lanier Smoked”, he is a Brand Ambassador for two public traded companies, a high-performance driving instructor, Oaksterdam student, and currently has a Netflix Documentary on the series Bad Sport called “Need for Weed”. He’s currently working and negotiating a full featured film.
Randy is most rewarded with his job as the Vice President of a 501c3 Nonprofit organization called Freedom Grow. Freedomgrow.org supports cannabis prisoners and their families with a multitude of programs, such as the Wish Program that grants wishes to cannabis prisoners, such as magazines subscriptions, books, birthday wishes, and holiday wishes. Freedom Grow also sends commissary funds to nonviolent cannabis prisoners through donations. Freedomgrow.org is an all-volunteer organization.
Robert Cormier is an honor graduate of the prestigious Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, GA. Cormier’s early vocational experiences on the front lines of federal law enforcement shaped his career as an expert in law enforcement, security, and asset protection. He has been highly decorated throughout his 20 years of service at a national level for major governmental agencies for implementing force-on-force training and drafting policy and procedure in all aspects of security.
Bruce Eckfeldt is a consultant, coach, author, and speaker on organizational development and performance management. Originally an architect, he was a pioneer in the use of computer-aided design and 3D modeling. He later transitioned to software design and development, converting his spatial problem-solving skills to informational architecture and user experience design of digital software products.
In a galaxy far far away, Josh was a Securities Risk Analyst managing a $650 million fund in the Investment Banking Industry with proven success in finance, compliance, and operations within a highly regulated industry. He’s experienced the Financial Industry’s stringent regulatory environment and survived a myriad of regulatory changes in the Cannabis Industry. Yet remains informed of potential changes that could impact the industry, to best leverage his client’s resources and maximize success. Josh is the founder and CEO of SuperChronics, a boutique advisory firm that focuses on cannabis finance, data analytics, risk management, and compliance with an emphasis on strategic partnerships, M&As and international expansion. Ron Mondello has a successful and growing practice providing criminal defense counsel, as well as offering essential advice to clients regarding the impact of criminal charges in New Jersey on immigration. His services include a formal opinion letter on the consequences of pending charges and the possibilities of waivers taking into account the client’s personal circumstances. Colby Piper joined RIPCO’s New Jersey office in 2016. Colby focuses on high street retail from Hunterdon County, NJ to Bergen County, NJ; investment sales such as value add deals; true NNN deals; and ground up-development. Most recently, Colby has become a cannabis real estate specialist, representing both tenants and landlords in this growing industry. Colby is currently accepted into the Ganjier Cannabis Sommelier program He is in the 2nd class and will be graduating 2022. Ganjier is the highest certification in the Cannabis field, similar to that of a Wine Sommelier.
Colby has completed several notable deals around New Jersey. He completed 14 deals in 15 months in Englewood along Palisades Avenue. He also completed an 18,500 square foot Planet Fitness in Fairview, and a 9,800 square foot Dollar General. Some of the tenants that Colby current works with are Burger King, Popeyes, Taco Bell, and Metro Markets Convenience Stores.
