He’s also Chef & Owner of Bubby’s in New York City, a successful brunch and dinner spot with a Tribeca and six Japan locations. With decades of culinary experience and a curiosity for CBD, cannabis, and science, Ron saw the void in the marketplace for trustworthy, controllable edibles. He started to develop what eventually became AZUCA TiME INFUSION and watched it transform the cannabis edibles industry.
