Randy served three decades in maximum security prisons. While serving time, he became a yoga instructor, mentor, and a suicide companion. He also has a podcast called “Randy Lanier Smoked”, he is a Brand Ambassador for two public traded companies, a high-performance driving instructor, Oaksterdam student, and currently has a Netflix Documentary on the series Bad Sport called “Need for Weed”. He’s currently working and negotiating a full featured film.

Randy is most rewarded with his job as the Vice President of a 501c3 Nonprofit organization called Freedom Grow. Freedomgrow.org supports cannabis prisoners and their families with a multitude of programs, such as the Wish Program that grants wishes to cannabis prisoners, such as magazines subscriptions, books, birthday wishes, and holiday wishes.
