Most recently, Colby has become a cannabis real estate specialist, representing both tenants and landlords in this growing industry. Colby is currently accepted into the Ganjier Cannabis Sommelier program He is in the 2nd class and will be graduating 2022. Randy Lanier was formerly well known as a race car driver with Ferrari and Porsche, winning the 1984 International Motorsports Grand Touring Phototype Championship as a privateer team. He also holds the title of the 1986 Indianapolis 500 Rookie of the year. Randy’s success in motorsports was overshadowed in 1987 when he was convicted and sentenced to life in prison as the principal administrator of an organization, that imported marijuana.

Randy served three decades in maximum security prisons. While serving time, he became a yoga instructor, mentor, and a suicide companion. Since his release in 2014 Randy has been working as a behavioral health technician within the substance treatment industry, teaching meditation, yoga, and tai chi to many Afghanistan Veterans. He also has a podcast called “Randy Lanier Smoked”, he is a Brand Ambassador for two public traded companies, a high-performance driving instructor, Oaksterdam student, and currently has a Netflix Documentary on the series Bad Sport called “Need for Weed”. Randy is most rewarded with his job as the Vice President of a 501c3 Nonprofit organization called Freedom Grow. Sergio holds an MBA in financial analytics, and in 2021 Sergio began taking the lead on financial modeling and capital raising for 3C. Sergio is an avid Master Rower, and is fluent in several languages He graduated with degrees from Phillips Exeter, Columbia, and the University of Cambridge.

Shawn Kruger, Senior Vice President of product and strategy at Avivatech, has more than 35 years of experience in the real estate, payments and fintech industries, Kruger’s knowledge runs deep on topics related to: cash and check payments automation, financial services operations, business development of partner relationships, strategic management consulting, product management, product marketing, user experience design, corporate strategy, and sales for new and existing product lines.

Summer Westerbur, a health and life licensed insurance agent, has owned her insurance agency since 2004. Kairos Insurance Group Cannabis Division now operates in multiple states. Summer works with businesses of 1 – 10,000 employees and has experience with self-funded and fully-insured plans. Summer is the mother of one son and their favorite hobby is traveling internationally. Summer holds a BA in philosophy and communications.

Syndi is a CPA with a broad accounting/finance background. She started her over 30 yr career with the “Big 4” and then went on to work at small to fortune 500 companies. She has always had a passion for alternative businesses and knew niching down was where it was at. This drew her to start Ambrosia Advisors, a company that concentrates on servicing the cannabis industry. She is professional yet flexible, which allows her to excel in the ambiguous and uniquely challenging cannabis industry.

Teresa Kearney is the Vice President of Sales for Panacea Payroll. Panacea is solely focused on providing Payroll, HR and Timekeeping to the cannabis industry. Teresa earned a B.S. at Indiana Univ. of PA and completed graduate study at Texas A&M Univ. While residing in multiple states in the US, she has worked in a variety of fields, before landing in the payroll industry. Teresa had been in payroll 7 years before applying her well-rounded skill set to the cannabis industry for the past 5 years.

Tyler helps brands use this data to increase product sales with unique marketing strategies. Since 2017 Tyler has been working with a global network of university researchers to streamline retrospective and prospective research studies.
