REGISTRATION FAQs

With our current registration pacing, we anticipate total registration for the 2025 event to be between 7,500 and 10,000. Based on current percentages, the total buyer audience will make up an estimated 60% of that total.

The Las Vegas Summer Show is a trade show and is not open to the general public. For information on who is eligible and what business proof is acceptable please review the Show Policies.

The cost to attend depends on the type of ticket you purchase.

In 2025, we are introducing the paid conference upgrade which provides ALL ACCESS without any entry restrictions. Upgrade your Exhibit Hall pass for the full Conference Experience to gain access to all education sessions, the Expo floor and nightlife experiences during the show. No. All Show registrants must be at least 21 to participate.

No cannabis/ THC/ Hemp products, including flowers, seeds, concentrates, topicals, or edibles, may be sold, displayed, or distributed, including as free samples, at the LVCC. Smoking or consuming cannabis products, THC, or hemp at the LVCC is strictly prohibited and violators will be trespassed from the LVCC property.

For safety reasons, rolling carts, rolling bags, strollers and bags with wheels are not permitted on the show floor during show floor hours, except where such carts or bags are a medical necessity. Numerous bag checks are available throughout the Expo to store these items.

EDUCATION FAQs

Refer to the Schedule for the latest information on educational sessions including exhibitor-presented seminars and workshops.

Anyone 21 years and older must register as an attendee or exhibitor and will be required to show proof of ID.

While many speakers like to use handouts, some do not.

No. You must attend in person to participate in the show.

The company handling hotel reservations is onPeak. They provide discounted rooms close to the convention center. This service guarantees you a set rate and also puts you in a hotel within walking distance to the convention center or near a free shuttle that will take you to the convention center. To request a visa letter you must first register to attend Las Vegas Summer Show. During your registration you can request a visa letter that is available to download on the registration confirmation page. If you have any questions regarding your visa letter, click here.

EXHIBIT + SPONSOR FAQs

All booth and sponsorship sales are final but may be transferrable in some cases. If you are considering canceling your participation please contact your Account Manager directly.

An account manager can be contacted directly to assist you with booth selection; or you may complete the online exhibitor registration. Booths are selected on a first-come, first-served. Sampling is a critical and core component of The Summer Show and we work closely with local authorities to ensure we’re able to sample in a safe and productive manner.

If you are conducting open sampling in your booth, you are required to adhere to the protocols outlined on the Sampling Regulations graphic. For more information please reference the Exhibitor Service Center (ERC) or email your Account Manager.
